There are a number of reasons why folks begin betting on bingo, for example for cash, for friendship, for adrenaline rushes, or simply to have a great experience. Highs and lows, thrill and chills, you name it – web bingo provides all these and many more. Like any other game where stakes are high, this increased exhilaration has its own fair share of positive and negative affect on the enthusiasts.
Bingo- The Stress Attractant
The anticipation wrapped up in a game of bingo can push an individual to the opposite end of the spectrum. Becoming too absorbed in the game, one’s excitement level possibly could change; this could have an adverse effect on those who have hyper tension or cardiac problems. Some studies indicate, individuals who participate in bingo are prone to get easily agitated and accordingly have elevated stress levels. It has been observed that work related stress is much less than the anxiety created while participating in bingo. There have been several cases of individuals having been fired their place of work as a consequence of bingo-related stress impacting their proficiency at work.
Despite the above-mentioned risks, bingo is able to still be a great stress-buster if individuals accept that it’s only a game, take care of their health and constrain their actions.
