There are a variety of reasons why individuals begin betting on bingo, e.g., for money, for company, for adrenaline rushes, or just to have a good time. Peaks and pitfalls, thrill and chills, you name it – internet bingo provides all these and more. Just as in any other gambling game where stakes are high, this heightened excitement has its own fair portion of positive and negative affect on the players.

The anticipation wrapped up in a round of bingo can drive a person to the opposite side of the spectrum. Becoming too wrapped up in the game, one’s excitement level might alter; this might have a detrimental effect on individuals who suffer from high blood pressure or cardiac problems. Some studies indicate, individuals who play bingo are subject to get easily agitated and accordingly have high-stress. It has been seen that job related anxiety is a whole lot lower than the anxiety created while playing bingo. There have been several cases of individuals having lost their jobs as a consequence of bingo-related stress impacting their proficiency at work.
In spite of the aforementioned risks, bingo can still be a great anxiety-reliever if individuals accept that it’s just a game, guard their health and control their actions.
