Becoming too wrapped up in the match, one’s anticipation level possibly could fluctuate; this could have an adverse outcome on players who have hyper tension or heart problems. Some studies indicate, people who participate in bingo are subject to get easily worked up and accordingly have high-stress. It has been observed that job affiliated stress is a whole lot less than the stress generated while playing bingo. There have been several cases of people having been fired their place of work as a result of bingo-related stress affecting their performance at work.
Despite the previously stated risks, bingo is able to still be a great anxiety-reliever if individuals acknowledge that it’s just a game, guard their well-being and manage their behavior.
